Your new Big Sky Carvers/ PowerChord website is now live on the Internet. You can log into your dealer administration area to customize your website if you wish. We recommend that you login to familiarize yourself with the dealer administration layout, features and functionality.

HOW TO LOGIN TO YOUR DEALER ADMINISTRATION AREA

1) Connect to the Internet and open the Internet Explorer browser, and go to www.ShopBigSky.com/links. Select the ‘Dealer Login’ listed on the right hand side of the page.

2) You should now be in the Dealer Login section of the PowerChord Dealer Administration Area. Log in to your dealer administration area with your user name and password.

- Your username is your Big Sky Carvers dealer number and your password is the system generated password that was previously e-mailed to you.

(It is strongly recommended you change your password as outlined by step #2 in the Set-Up Wizard).


3) Once you have logged in to your dealer administration area you can utilize our Set Up Wizard which was designed to assist you in customizing your website. Simply select the “ Click to Turn On Set Up Wizard ” button in the brown box on the left center of the page to customize your website. Read through each step of the Wizard carefully, and when you are done with a step click the “Next” arrow.

Note : If you choose to not customize your website at the very minimum you must set your tax rate so that tax will automatically be calculated in the shopping cart accordingly. To set your tax rate simply click the ‘Tax Rates’ tab at the top of your dealer administration area. Input the tax rate in the specified format, select the state that your store is located in and click the ‘Add Tax Rate’ button. The system will automatically add tax to appropriate online orders.

That’s it! Your customized Big Sky Carvers store is live and ready to sell products. You can click the “View Site” at the top right in the Administration Area to view your new PowerChord website. You can return to the Dealer Login page whenever you wish to change features on your PowerChord website.

You will be notified of orders through your website via e-mail. Upon receipt of the e-mail please login to your dealer administration area. You can login to your dealer administration area at any time to view ‘Open Orders’. In the bright green box on the homepage of your administration area click on the ‘View Open Customer Orders’ button. Next click the ‘Show Details’ link next to that order. In the details page you can retrieve customer credit card information. This credit card information will only remain here for 30 days. After that time period the credit card information will be permanently deleted. We do this for added security.

Next, process the credit card information just like you would if it were an in-store sale. The dealer always processes the credit card – you are the point of sale. Once the credit card has been approved, you will then need to close the order out. To close the order you will need to login to your dealer administration area. In the bright green box on the homepage of your administration area click on the ‘View Open Customer Orders’ button again. Close out the order by selecting either the ‘ I Have Shipped’ button if you have the product in inventory and have shipped the item/items to the customer yourself. Or selecting the ‘ Send To Big Sky To Ship’ button which will forward the order on to Big Sky Carvers and they will drop ship the item/items to the customer on your behalf.

Please visit the homepage of your PowerChord website and copy the store web address/url that is displayed in the address bar. i.e.: http://www.shopbigsky.com/default-dealer-BSC12345.aspx. Use this store web address to add a link from your main website to your PowerChord site. Type your store web address directly into the address bar of an Internet browser to go directly to your store website's Homepage. Please feel free to visit your store's website and experiment and get familiar with the layout.
